If you could do something to bring the gift of lifelong health to your new baby, would you do that? If you could do something to prevent most birth defects, would you do that? If you could do something to stop most pregnancy complications before they start, would you do that?
My answer is "yes" -- and I'm guessing yours is, too!

The good news is that we can do that for our children, and it's really not all that hard to do so. Despite what we hear about pregnancy complications, birth defects, and childhood and adult health problems skyrocketing uncontrollably, there *is* something we can do to make a healthier future for our children... today.
The food that you eat as you're trying to conceive, during your pregnancy, and what you feed your child (and yourself), has a massive influence on your health.
You know I feel passionately about pregnancy nutrition and the impact it can have not only on your pregnancy and birth, but also on your baby's health. I feel so passionately, in fact, that I review nutrition guide after nutrition guide. I have never felt comfortable recommending one of them to you -- until now. I have finally found a comprehensive guide on healthy pregnancy diet (and eating while TTC) and I am so happy to recommend it.
Chris Kresser's Healthy Baby Code is an extremely well-researched and complete guide. There are videos to show you not only what to eat while you're TTC, pregnant, and breastfeeding, but *why* you should be eating those things. There are full charts to follow during your pregnancy, complete meal plans, snack and supplement "cheat sheets," and more. Chris has poured his heart into his prenatal nutrition guide, and it shows.
I'm so excited that there's finally something well-researched and comprehensive for you and your baby. There's finally something that tells the truth about good pregnancy nutrition -- Chris doesn't just parrot the nutrition advice coming straight from corporate marketing departments. He gives you the facts *and* a practical plan to make it work in your busy life.
