Ready for Some Change? December 03, 2009 |
The holidays are fast approaching, with all their excitement (and a little stress) and it has gotten COLD up here in Northern MI. No snow for us yet, though, so we've been enjoying lots of walking and starting to feel wistful to see white... Since we're not getting a snowy makeover outside I decided I'd give the homepage of Natural Birth and Baby Care its own makeover (though not with any snow!) I added a featured content box and a box that displays all the new articles on NBBC so you can quickly discover what's new. The table of contents is still there - overall the look is just cleaner and more user friendly. Natural Birth and Baby Care has a Facebook Page! Join to keep up with all the updates - and because when we hit 100 fans we get our own dedicated "address" on Facebook :D Visit NBBC on Facebook The Q&A section of the site is on fire! The questions keep rolling in and they're great. You have wonderful questions and I love sharing my advice with you. Since starting the Q&A just weeks ago I've gotten 47 questions! I'd be thrilled to answer more, so head over to Ask a Question and let me know what's on your mind! I'll recap some of the recent questions for you here: Birth and Prepared Childbirth Questions: What Does a Contraction Feel Like? Preparing for Natural Childbirth? Is My Baby Too Big for Vaginal Delivery? What Do You Think of the Bradley Method? Help Needed with Studying the Pink Kit How to Know When I'm Going Into Labour? Fear of Giving Birth - am I Too Small for Natural Birth? Baby Care and Health Questions What Happens to the Umbilical Cord? Recommended Shampoo, Wash, and Lotion for Newborns? Remaining Patient and Weaning: Two Toddler Questions My Baby Stopped Taking a Bottle How to Stop the Biting (While Nursing)? Advice Needed on Supplementing Formula Feel free to comment and add yor own advice to any of the questions - feedback is great. Don't forget to Follow Natural Birth and Baby Care on Facebook! Have a great week and enjoy the beginning of the holiday season. ~Kristen |
