***Unfortunately the list move is not going as smoothly as I had hoped that it would, and the import for the new service is still processing.
I didn't think too hard when I set the list up - I set up the confirmation email for new subscribers... totally not thinking that I'd probably confuse thousands of current subscribers in the process. Your confirmation email for the new Tiger Lily service therefore says:
"Confirm your request for information"
in the subject line. I should have probably had it say something obvious like "Confirm your request for the new Tiger Lily service." But alas, as I've said, I run a one mama show and well, when I'm juggling a lot I sometimes drop the ball ;p PLEASE click the link in that email to make sure you keep getting Tiger Lily! ***
I've spent much of this week paying attention to technical details and getting my family ready for the new school year. We're planning to take some vacation time in the fall, so I'm starting the kids' school year a little earlier than we usually do.
I'm pleased to say that this week has gone much more smoothly than the past few - we've been practicing our "school schedule" loosely, getting back into the routine of getting up on time, getting chores done, and generally keeping mama a little bit saner!
I really enjoy getting Q&A questions and emails sharing how Natural Birth and Baby Care.com has impacted you in the midst of all of my day-to-day mothering and family adventures. Several of you emailed me last week to thank me for the editorial in last week's Tiger Lily. I really love hearing from you - and believe me, your emails are as uplifting to me as Tiger Lily is to you! So I don't have much new or inspiring this week - just a "thanks" for how much you inspire me.

--- Laughable List Issues (just restating again!)
As I mentioned above, the list import is still going on. It has to happen in phases, and since technical issues can never go smoothly, none of the phases have gone smoothly!
Keep an eye on your inbox this week - hopefully you should get the confirmation email for the new list. Remember you'll need to click the link in the email to confirm you want to receive Tiger Lily. This is a requirement of the new list host, but thankfully it just takes one click ;)
You may have already gotten it - the "confirmation email" asks you to confirm your Natural Baby Resource Kit (what you got when you signed up for Tiger Lily originally). Just click the link in that email and you'll be signed up for Tiger Lily.
