Losing your baby is incredibly hard. Allow your tears to flow. Your child was unique - you loved your baby deeply.
Healing from the unimaginable pain of losing a child at any stage of development seems impossible. You must allow yourself to grieve how you see fit.
It doesn't matter if you had an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth, or if your baby died after birth. Don't be ashamed of your sadness and need to grieve your baby loss.
Some mothers choose to remember their child with special rituals and reminders. Others prefer to write their feelings down. Some do not wish to share their feelings in any way.
Do what feels right to you. Even if you cannot talk about your loss, you may be able to in the future. Give yourself all the time you need to heal. Nobody can tell you that you are taking too long to recover from the loss of a child.
Reading the words of other mothers who understand how you feel may also help. moving on is one mother's open and honest blog about life after losing her baby.
