Help!!! My 21 months dd has cavities on her upper teeth. Dentist wants to extract two of them and treat the others with fluoride but I do not want to accept that she doesn't have other alternative. Any recommendation will be appreciated.

Hi Lori,

It is possible for you to help you daughter's teeth to heal. The best thing to do is to focus on a diet that will allow them to form a hard dentin over the decayed enamil.

I highly recommend you get Rami Nagel's book Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition (First Edition) - I own it and it's excellent. It goes into a lot of detail on the protocol you need to heal your little one's teeth - and belive me, it can be done. Rami used the same protocols to heal his own daughter's teeth.
