I have had many symptoms of pregnancy: sore breasts, lower back ache, tiredness, feeling sick, losing my appetite, a horrible taste in my mouth, urinating more often, break outs a lot more than normal, and I'm exhausted all the time.
What can I do? I want to be pregnant but I'm scared I'm not.
Answer:
Hi Marie,
Your symptoms do sound like pregnancy symptoms.
The only real ways to know, however, are to keep testing until you get a positive test, or until you start showing. Some women never do get a positive test.
It's also possible that your ovulation could have been delayed by stress, which can cause your cycle to be off a bit and your period could eventually start.
Until you know something more I would suggest you care for yourself as if you were pregnant. You can find good general guidelines on my pregnancy pages:

If your period does start and you want some good information on trying to conceive, I highly recommend Kirstyn Sierra's Pregnancy Keys program.
