I am overdue a few days and wondering if it's an indication of labor coming soon.

Having tender breasts is pretty normal at any point in pregnancy. Increasing tenderness could be an indication of rising hormone levels, though - that could be a good indication of labor approaching.
It's so hard to sit and wait, especially when you're overdue. I hope your baby makes an appearance soon!
