I found a large knot in my lower right abdomen towards my ovaries. Could I be pregnant or should I go have it checked out by a doctor?
Answer:
Hi Brittany,
When you're pregnant, your uterus grows and you may be able to tell a difference quickly. A doctor or midwife can also usually feel a difference in the uterus very quickly, because they know what to feel for.
However, if I were you I would schedule an appointment with your doctor. A knot-feeling lump could be indicative of problems with the appendix, ovarian cysts, or even an ectopic pregnancy. I would get it checked out!
