This is Tiahna, 5 weeks old. Love Natural Parenting, I have been using this site as a resource since when my sister in law had her first baby, three years before Tiahna.

I had such an amazing birth experience, and really feel the information Kristen has shared helped me achieve that!

My water broke at 6:30pm, we arrived at the hospital at 7:45pm, I was told not to push til we got into the delivery room as they could see her hair, then my midwife delivered her at 8:11pm!
