The beauty of nursing

I always knew I wanted to be a "natural" parent. I love the fact that I had a natural delivery and I love cloth diapering, baby wearing, co-sleeping, and all of the other semi-crunchy things I do.

But, the natural parenting choice that has helped me (and my daughter) the most is nursing. Luckily, my daughter, Daelyn Averi, took to nursing like a champ! Breastfeeding is the most beautiful relationship I could have ever imagined...it is the greatest bond there is.

Nursing enriches my life every single day. Daelyn is 5 months old now and nothing makes my day more than seeing her milky grins! This picture is one of my favorite pictures because it captures the beauty of my nursing relationship with my daughter!
