When I first went into labor, I wanted to have drugs, I wanted any and every kind they offered. I didn't plan to have my son natural but I did and I'm so happy. The fact that I was able to feel every ache and pain, knowing the beautiful outcome, made it all worth it.

After I had him I was able to get up and walk around and care for him. I also breastfed right away, it was a wonderful experience.

It was very empowering to know I pushed him out on my own without using any type of drugs that could have harmed him or myself. I highly recommend natural childbirth. The rewards are great.
