All carriers are shown with children of various ages. You can easy use Tummy 2 Tummy to learn carrier from the newborn stage to toddlerhood! Some carries are strong enough to support preschoolers. Each carry is shown with a symbol to help you decide which ages it's appropraite for.
This was my favorite feature of the DVD - all the carriers shown with babies and children of different ages. It was really helpful to me as I carry my toddler!
