Dear Mama or Mama-to-Be,
First, let me share a little about me: my name is Kristen, and I'm the mother of 8 kids. I've been on this mothering adventure for 16+ years now - and I have a couple more decades to go.
Why do I share this with you?
It's so you know that I'm serious when I say that holding your own baby in your arms for the first time is one of the most incredible moments life can give - and that you want to do anything and everything you can for this incredible new person.
If you've got your baby in-arms right now, you know what I mean. And even if you're pregnant with your baby, you probably already feel something special...
...a wistfulness as you think about this new little person - how you'll help them to grow and develop into an incredible human being...
...how much you love them already, and want to do so much for them...
You know that a baby is already an amazing person with incredible potential because you can feel it...
...but did you know that science supports your baby's intelligence and potential, too?
Researchers are discovering incredible things about unborn babies and about infants and young children - things that every parent needs to know to help build a strong bond with their child...
...to have a secure, confident child...
...a child bursting with life, with creativity, and with compassion for others...
It's really exciting - you can build a strong bond with your baby before birth, and continue to build that bond throughout your child's babyhood, toddlerhood, and beyond. That bond is your little one's foundation for optimal development, social connection, and intelligence.
Having said that, I know it can be overwhelming!
How do you keep track of all of this when you're exhausted? Maybe you feel overwhelmed because your baby cries if you put her down. What do you do to stay sane - and keep your baby secure and trusting?
What do you do when you're pregnant and you feel like the stress is getting the best of you? Is that hurting your baby? How can you counteract it and protect your baby (even the best of us can't make life perfect!)?
Things can and do get overwhelming and stressful - but you can still understand how your baby thinks and feels and what he or she needs to be secure, healthy, and developing well...
...you can care for your baby with confidence (and care for yourself with confidence), knowing that you really can understand how to help your baby grow into that happy, healthy, confident, and creative kid that you can see in your mind's eye.
It starts with understanding what's going on in the mind of your baby...
That's why I'm putting together a brand-new class - to answer the question on every mama's mind:
...what does my baby think and feel???
Here's what you'll discover:
