Welcome to the MamaBaby Fitness Challenge. I'm Kristen (in the picture down there after doing some squats with Honor on my back!). One of my goals is to feel fit and energetic - with baby in tow! If you want to join me for the 30-day MamaBaby Fitness Challenge, I'd love to have you along.
