BBL 155: Should You Use Mother-Directed Pushing?

Do you want to have a gentle, natural birth - with no tearing during the pushing stage?  "Mother-directed pushing" is something talked about a lot in natural birth circles… but does it really work?  How can you push your baby out without tearing?  That's what I cover in today's episode.
