Scope 017: How to Keep Labor Moving

A fear of labor “stalling” is common for mamas preparing for birth, especially for first-time mamas (but any mama-to-be can worry about it!). How do you keep contractions coming – good contractions that bring progress and bring your baby down and closer to you? I cover some practical tips in this scope!

As I mentioned on the scope, I have a video mini-class (with handouts) that goes into a lot more detail on this! You can check that out here: http://www.birthbabylife.com/playbook

Join me live for the next scope: Mo/Tu/Th/Fri at 1pm eastern on Periscope! You can find me @birthbabycare by downloading the app on your phone or tablet. I'd love to see you there!

(NOTE: Want a Perfect Birth Plan Template? Use this template and step-by-step videos to write a birth plan that gets your birth team on your side for a beautiful birth experience! Get the kit here.)
